REGISTRATION

2013 Registration Deadline: Registration materials (payment and roster) are due March 15, 2013

Registration Fee: $395

Registration Process

1. Fill out the registration form.

2. Complete registration fee. Registration is NOT complete until fee is received. Any team not accepted will receive a full refund.

3. Send signed waiver and roster. Completed rosters should be emailed to showcase@southbronxunited.org. Waivers can be mailed to 199 Lincoln Avenue, #319, Bronx, NY 10454 or presented on the first day of the tournament.

4. OPTIONAL: Fill out player profiles

5. OPTIONAL: Provide team/player highlight video links and/or team website url to be added to our showcase website.
